I was greeted quickly and after telling what I needed was ushered into a massage room. The massage was excellent and included hot towels and stones in addition to the great massage. The rooms were clean and best of all my therapist did not clock watch. In fact she gave me extra time to make sure she finished a most enjoyable massage. I visited Swan Spa this morning before playing golf to help get loosened up. I was greeted quickly and after telling what I needed was ushered into a massage room. The massage was excellent and included hot towels and stones in addition to the great massage. The rooms were clean and best of all my therapist did not clock watch. In fact she gave me extra time to make sure she finished a most enjoyable massage. I highly recommend this store.

There was nothing remarkable about my massage. It wasn’t bad and it wasn’t exceptional. Going in to working with someone I’m not familiar with means I do not set my expectations high. However, be prepared to expect to pay a $20 tip on a $65 service. The technician did not speak English and therefore used a translator on her phone and would not accept anything less. She then tried to say that there is a $3 tax once she started to realize I wasn’t giving her a $20 tip. I have never paid tax on a massage, manicure or hair appt. Ever. She just wanted to reach that $85 mark. I suggested she raise her prices if she expects $85. We won’t go into the part where my appt was at 1pm and the door was locked and no answer when I knocked or called. Had to wait for her to come out to take something to the trash dumpster to get her attention and by then it was 1:30
