Critical: Professionalism, QualityVery unprofessional. I came in to receive a manicure and pedicure both gel sets. After receiving my manicure full set and before my pedicure I decided I wanted to pay, my total was $100 and that’s what I gave Kevin, a $100 bill. The bill was older looking and Kevin and his business failed to have a marker to test the bill he walked around asking other customers if it looked real and after threatened to call 911 if it turned out to be fake when he went next door to use their marker. After embarrassing me and going next door to use their marker and the bill turned out to be real I did not receive an immediate and sincere apology but instead was told to “sit down and soak your feet” which I did not do and instead told him how unprofessional that was of him and every worker in there. I then told him I wanted to only pay for my full set because that was all I received which was only $35 but he then changed the price to $40. I hate to be this person, but I was the only African American in there and that’s the only nail shop I have been going to for the past year so they all know who I am. Very unprofessional. I came in to receive a manicure and pedicure both gel sets. After receiving my manicure full set and before my pedicure I decided I wanted to pay, my total was $100 and that’s what I gave Kevin, a $100 bill. The guy could care less. He could barely get it to stop it from bleeding. He then poured something on it that made it sting. Two of my nails he had to paint my toes because there wasn’t enough nail to paint. My toes were so sore I didn’t have a choice but to wear sandals. Very poor pedi! I had a gentleman do my pedi. He cut my nails so short 1 was bleeding pretty badly. I actually yelled out ouch that really hurt. The guy could care less. He could barely get it to stop it from bleeding. He then poured something on it that made it sting. Two of my nails he had to paint my toes because there wasn’t enough nail to paint. My toes were so sore I didn’t have a choice but to wear sandals. When he was done he asked for the money and went in another room. I definitely not recommend nor will I ever go back.

Critical: Quality, ValueNails were done very speedy and sloppy. Next day after my manicure, and I can tell they are unevenly shaped and not uniform, already have lifting of the acrylics on the corners, and air bubbles in the nails. Just awful. :(Service: Manicure
