I literally hate my lashes. I’m about to spend another $200 for someone else to fix them. Both of my eyes look completely different. The lashes have no curve at all they’re just sticking straight up. It looks like I’ve went 4 weeks needing a fill on my left eye. They’re also super long when I asked for short.

Swan Lash and Brow Bar is the best. I travel often between Europe and Asia with my job, and it is always so difficult to find someone affordable who does great work in Atlanta when I am home to do my lashes. I have had so many unacceptable lash jobs done from technicians who will charge you extreme prices. However, Swan Lash and Brow Bar is my savior. I went to the owner Swan and Jasmine. They both were amazing, did amazing work, professional without having to wait a long time, were gentle and had amazing energy. You won’t be disappointed if you get your lashes done here.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI do not recommend booking here, at least not with stylist Cassandra. I went to her for eyelash extensions and received poor service.First, she called me at 10:56 am for my 11:00 am appointment, to let me know she would be an HOUR late and did not want me to have to wait on her…I was already outside of the shop since my appointment was supposed to start within the next 4 minutes.Second, she did not wear a mask while performing my service. Which I found to not only be gross, but odd, since they require customers to wear one.Third, I paid $175 for full volume lashes that fell out, with the exception of 4 clusters, within the first few days!!!Fourth, I called the shop to rectify the situation and was told that Cassandra was a 3rd party contractor and that they would ask her to get in contact with me to rectify the situation. They also said they would follow up to make sure it was done. 2 WEEKS LATER – no follow up.DO BETTER SWAN LASH AND BROW BAR!I do not recommend booking here, at least not with stylist Cassandra.
