Most unprofessional place. Walgreens manager had to speak to my mom because when Walgreens called swan dermatology about the prescription they were laughing and mocking my sister, making fun of her skin condition. Walgreens eventually had to hang up on them because they couldn’t even get their question answered they were laughing so much.

Had my consult today and was very pleased with the service provided. Welcoming and friendly staff. Inviting waiting room with informative information playing on the tv in the waiting room. Quickly got me checked in and back for the consult. Excited to go back for my procedure. They made sure I was given all information need and even gave me over the counter recommendations for skin care.

I had Kybella procedure ~ ended up having a horrible allergic reaction! They only were able to get thru half procedure but still able to complete one full section under the chin. This turned out no positive results as they promised, yet still having to pay them. I wouldn’t have minded so much had I received results like they said but for that kind of $ spent really not worth it! The staff was very nice and caring.
