I was looking for a new place to go to in my new area. I am so glad I picked Swan Day Spa!!! From the moment I stepped in the salon, it was a positive experience! The receptionist Jocelyn was warm and welcoming. My eyebrow tecnician was Wendy who took the time to thoroughly discuss what I would like. She was very gentle and meticulous. The spa has a plethora of services and is decorated very plushly…I think you will be as happy as I was!

I had the worst experience there yesterday evening. I signed up for their monthly membership and I’ve been going for the body sculpting treatment. The first two times I went were great, but yesterday was a disaster first, I didn’t have the same lady who did the first two treatments, she was amazing. Second, I was asked if I wanted the strong cream or the soft one? The First lady never asked me that so I wasn’t sure what that meant… so I said let’s try the strong one… well I guess the strong one meant the one that was going to burn and hurt. She started on my back and spread the cream or gel all over my back, within a few seconds my skin began to burn… it was unbearable. It felt like an instant sun burn. I literally jumped out of that bed and ran for the shower. I had to find some kind relief. The lady kept asking if I felt better but the answer was NO I did not feel better. After getting a towel, I changed and headed to the front desk. The lady and the man at the desk kept saying that the cream is really strong and that it burns fat really fast… they didn’t apologize or give me directions to soothe my skin. I was absolutely upset with myself and with them. I’ll never go there again, they obviously care more about profit than their customers. It took 4 hours for my skin to feel better after I got home. Let me add that my skin burned so bad that it was painful to drive home, I couldn’t press my back to the seat.

Critical: QualityWhen I scheduled my body scrub, I also scheduled a massage. When I asked the owner if hot stones were included, he said yes – twice. After I was done with my treatments the next day, they charge me an additional $30 for the hot stones after being told twice that they were included with the massage. I made an appt 3 weeks ago. I had my valentines date planned for breakfast and then message at noon. I get there and they tell me my appt is at 5pm. When I made the appt at noon and confirmed it the day before as well. They said they could see me until after 4pm and sorry they made a mistake. To be honest it a language barrier. But ruined my valentines date. Super upset and never going there again

Such a nice, relaxing atmosphere – the staff made us feel totally at ease. We went for a couples massage (this is our second visit) and were just as happy as the first time… I love that wine and chocolates are included, it makes it feel extra special! The facilities are so clean, quiet and just the perfect atmosphere. I never even thought I’d enjoy going to a spa (I don’t like others that feel too fancy, medical or too girly for a man to come with)… but now we are seriously considering a membership.
