SW The Spa

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy mom and I decided to have a special spa day and chose SW The Spa as our spot. We each got a European facial and a Swedish massage. Debbie greeted us at the front desk and walked us through the paperwork and procedures. She was dry friendly and helpful. Julie was our massage therapist and she was AMAZING! She spoke with me about the spots I needed worked on and she knew exactly which techniques to use based on how my muscles felt. The massage was very relaxing and soothing. Sydney did my facial and Katie did my mothers. They first used a machine to pinpoint our skin concerns and see what treatments would be best for us. Sydney was very knowledgeable and went over what my skin needed and gave me recommendations for further treatments personalized to my needs.
