I discovered southwest electrolysis and spa about a year ago. I suffer from hirsutism, this is where a woman would get hair any where a man would. The place where it grew for me was my face, chin, and neck. I am bi-racial, I have very coarse hair. I was basically growning a full beard. I started going to see Brenda (the owner) August of 2017. I have been getting electrolysis treatments for about 10 months now to remove the hair and I couldn’t be any happier with my results and with Brenda. I have been going almost every Friday since August 2017 for 2 hour sessions, to 1 hour sessions, and now I only got for maintance. Brenda is thee sweetest person and very caring and understanding. She’s very professional as well. I would recommend her to anyone. She offers many other services as well to meet all of your skin care needs. Highly! Highly recommend!

I went to this office for microneedling. This office consists of one woman, who does all the work. Her husband is also present behind the desk. I cannot comment on her workmanship because she refused to treat me due to some of my unrelated health issues. Even though I was certain that I would tolerate the procedure well, she would not change her mind and kept repeating that there was no doctor on staff, in case something would go wrong. She was definitely overly cautious in this regard.

I signed up for the electrolysis hair removal to get rid of 15-20 stubborn hairs that grew between my eyebrows (I was tired of plucking them every few weeks). After two sessions of electrolysis, they are all gone! NO MORE PLUCKING! The staff was wonderful to work with and answered any questions I had!
