They are very professional and friendly people. This place is very clean and sanitized! I always get a pedicure with wax and manicure done here. I don’t understand some of the negative reviews on here but I know for a fact that they do not reuse their wax. I’ve seen them throw it in the trashcan in the back by the restroom. I’ve been a regular customer with SV Nails for almost 4 years now and this place is awesome! They are very professional and friendly people. This place is very clean and sanitized! Well. Was loving my mani until day 4 and my dipped mail is cracked super sad because my husband and I were going to go get pedis there together in a couple weeks. Sorry but dipping nails only twice isn’t good enough Manicure

If I could give them a no star I would. They have a bad attitude, they don’t greet you. I got the $37 pedicure and they massage you for one minute. Might not have even been one minute. We sat down at 2:30 and got done within 25 minutes. They REUSE their hot wax! Noticed how they don’t throw it away with the blue bag. They have it and put it with the hot towels to take to the back. Save your money and go somewhere else. Never had such a terrible experience.
