Honestly this was the worst experience so far. I normally get a spa pedicure and the gel nail polish. I have come here at least 8 times. But the last 3 times I have come here, I was charged more and more. This time it was 10 more than last month and she did half the work. It’s normally an hour, I barely got 25 minutes. It was supposed to be multiple massages and there was barely 1. I rarely splurge on myself but I do do the spa pedicure monthly. I expect to get what I pay for. Such a disappointment. I won’t be back again.

I came to this Salon today and got a pedicure which looked horrible when I expressed to the staff I didn’t like it she called her manager I believe which came and stated I had to pay for the service that I didnt like and I shouldn’t return because i made the employee feel bad and its not good for other customers to hear someone complainingThe manager never asked did i want my toes repainted or nothing! Ripoff!! Sign on window says gel mani and pedi special 43..oo mon thru wed. I go in get the service meanwhile nasty and unprofessional gezee the sta ff is horrible! I go to pay she says with an attitude its 60.00!!! Mooo wayyy I said thats false advertising . She tried to dispute n said no mam its 60 i said 43.00 !! I had made an appt. earlier with Juli the owner and texted her in advance. I was waiting a long time and Elizabeth should have just not shook her head no. What a shame. She’s not a boss.
