This is the second time having my hair braided professionally.. Both times, I was seated immediately. The first time, the braids took 45 minutes, this time 55 minutes because I requested zig zag parts. Compare this to my previous stylist who made me wait an hour and a half before starting my hair.

Very poor service. Roaches everywhere! They have children there who are so loud and rude, so expect a headache. They steal your left over hair then resell it. I went there for SMALL knotless braids and the owner (who I believe is the mother) did them medium. So I paid more for what I did not want. I don’t think she knows how to do small braids because a friend of mine had the same issue. Never again!

Got my hair done the end of February by time the 3rd week of March some of my braid was falling out from the lady braiding my hair to tight. Even you let her know she still braids them right never will I go here again.

The English is very broken and they are very rude especially the older woman I had a appt.at 9am and mind you it was snowing outside and she didn’t arrive till 10 am when i kept calling her she kept hanging up on me if i didn’t pay security deposit i would have canceled so beware #nocustomerservice
