Booked an appt with Suzi a week in advance. Show up for my appt on Tuesday, early, and she doesn’t even know that she had me for an appt- which I booked a week in advance and had text messages to prove it!! Totally unprofessional and inexcusable. Especially when you have events and a life planned around a schedule and she doesn’t even care to come in and asks you to come back when it is convenient for her. Isn’t that why you make an appt??? Thankfully there was another girl working at the salon that was able to take me in and work around her booked schedule in order to try to smooth things out.

I am new to the area so I was thrilled to find a NY girl to do my hair. Being from NJ . Suzi was lovely and professional. Loved the color I will defiantly go back. I shopped around and her prices are better then most. Don’t believe everything people write. Some people are hard to please.

The customer service was the worst I ever experienced at a Hair Salon. The woman that was to do my hair came in 45 minutes late because she was at a soccer game. I was told she was in traffic and would be 5 or 10 minutes late. I left without getting my hair done as someone else came in to get their bad cut fixed as I was waiting to get my hair done.
