Very warm and welcoming. Kassie works on my hair and she has been awesome, always listening to what I like and don’t like and is always giving me new ideas. I’ve lost my hair several times because of chemo and Kassie has always been helpful in managing it in whatever state it is in. Definitely a great place to go.
