The whole experience was in a another level. while waiting for my appointment ( i got there early) – I loved the complimentary coffee/drinks in the front. I had my appointment with Maddy (Suz’s apprentice) & she was wonderful! I’ve gone to Suzanne prior to COVID and haven’t been back in years. I had a total hair transformation that only took about 3 hours. About 13″ cut off, layered, & partially balayaged and I love it — you’ll have to find the transformation on Maddy’s IG page! I’d totally recommend coming here, both of the girlies are super friendly & customer-oriented. They’re all about their clients which makes the experience that much better!
