I went to Sutra to get eyebrow and whole face threading and also a hair cut. It had been more than 9 months since I’ve had a hair cut or threading done so I was very ready. This was my first time trying out Sutra and I really liked the people here. The woman who did my threading did a great job and was very thorough. Paul my hair dresser was great. So easy to talk to and we hit it off famously 🙂 he did a great job and I left feeling so fresh and nice. My hair is laying down great and feels lighter and much more manageable. I would recommend Sutra to someone looking for a good all-in-one salon with a good atmosphere and knowledgeable people.

I consider myself a very east going person and I trust any hair salon to have a decent haircut. But for the first time, I can confirm that the ladies in Sutra hair salon have NO EXPERIENCE in cutting hair. I walked out of the salon with 2 different hair sizes, the haircut was badly done and completely assimetric. Basic hair cutting skills are needed. They don’t know how to measure the hair to look even.

Mediocre job at threading brows. I told them once, “just a clean up on the top side of the brow because I’m trying to grow the hairs out” and homegirl proceeds to do the exact opposite and take out way more than desired! And they most definitely get upset when you don’t tip that they practically throw your card/change back at you. Very unprofessional feel to the whole place. Wouldn’t recommend even at the student discount rate.
