Terrible job, I had eye lashes extensions before. I needed a last minute appointment, book this place for the first time. I told the tech I needed them for a wedding. Well she GLUED MY EYES SHUT! I also had a major reaction to the glue demanded my money back for them to say yes. TWO WEEKS LATER NO REFUND AND MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE. Kay never called me back when I been calling more than 8 times in the past 2 weeks. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Recommend this eyebrow threading. They are very kind and take their time doing your eyebrows. Asma is no longer here but Mona did my eyebrows and she is great, she does exactly what you want. I will keep coming to her

When I went to go pay, I was told that my card didn’t go through, even though I showed them on my online bank account that it did. They assured me it didn’t and that if anything happened to call the store. I got my bank statement and saw that I was in fact charged twice. When I called the store they told me to just let them know next time for store credit. I want my money back not store credit, so they told me to call the other location. I left a message from the manager and still haven’t heard back and it’s been about a month. what a scam!

Been coming to Sutra for about 5 years now. Jen is amazing at doing lashes. People stop me and ask where I get them done all the time because they always look so full but natural. They still look great even when I go for a fill!!! I moved further away but still make the trip…..so worth it!
