I was looking for a great spa to indulge myself for my Birthday and am so thankful I found Sutera. Being new to the area I asked for recommendations on Flower Mound cares for recommendations . Sutera kept popping up over and over by women in the community, so I decided to give it a try! The staff was very warm and inviting when I walked in. They had me switch to their robe and shoes and before I knew it my massage therapist Louisa was waiting on me. I am not even kidding when I say it was the best massage I have ever had! I felt like a new woman when I was done! Next, I headed to my facial with Amy and it was excellent too. She was so nice and I left with my skin feeling so fresh and clean. This place is very busy so it’s not like you can call and just go in. I recommend you booking an appointment, but it was a overall fantastic experience! I will be back!

Very nice therapist. BEAUTIFUL facility. Front desk ladies were super nice. O was offered a robe upon arrival. Hot towels in the room and waterfall sound was nice in addition to the pleasant aroma & music. Everything smelled wonderful. I reccomend this place for light to medium massages. I like deep tissue because I have knots. That is what I asked for unfortunately I received a light to massage. It was still nice just not what I was wanting which is why I only gave 4 stars. They did not charge the extra for deep tissue. However, they should have offered a complete replacement.

The facial was very relaxing. My two complaints are that I don’t see any improvement in my skin and I was charged more than I had originally booked. I had booked a deluxe customized facial for $115. Halfway through the facial, the esthetician suggested that we incorporate a mini microderm session into my facial so I could get better results. She said she didn’t know the exact price, but it would only be “a few dollars difference”. When I went to pay for my facial, the price had increased to $135. After a 20% tip, the total cost was $163 which is was a lot more than I had planned on spending. Overall, the experience wasn’t terrible but I was disappointed about the miscommunication on price and results.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI would give zero stars if I could. We booked a massage for my 30th birthday. I have a newborn and it’s very hard for me to get away to do anything for myself. We planned some spa treatments very far in advance and relied on a reminder email FROM the spa. They told us the wrong time for the treatment. So when we showed up at the time the reminder email said we were told we could not be seen and offered other times that don’t work with my schedule or family life. The massage therapist then had the audacity to say “did you book online? Why don’t you know what you booked?” In a VERY condescending tone which I found very offensive given the fact they were the ones that made the mistake. And we actually did remember the right time but decided to show up when the email said we should since it came from the salon. It is incredibly hard for me to do anything for myself with my job and newborn and has been looking forward to celebrating my birthday at a spa. This place lacks communication and professionalism. My partner got me an appointment. However, I had to cancel because I was sick and needed to get tested for Covid. He cancelled the first time then I called a second time to cancel and the front desk lady never said there was a cancellation fee. They charged us 50% of a service that was not received. Keep this in mind when booking.

Ms.Kimberly did a fantastic job on my facial I’ve never had one before so this was amazing, the staff had so much energy my sister and I were welcomed with excitement and drinks as we filled out our paperwork. We definitely will come back for other services that are offered!!! Thank you ladies

Unfortunately, the other spa canceled our appointments without notice, so I had to scramble to find something else. I am so fortunate that Sutera Spa was able to accommodate all of us at the last minute. They exceeded our expectations! I got a massage with a body scrub that left my skin feeling amazing.
