This was my first time going there and I can firmly say I will be going there for haircut and hairstyling. My hair used to be a bit below my butt line, I got tired of the maintenance, so I cut it off to my waist. At first I thought she had cut it too short but wow, I absolutely loved it, she did exactly what I was looking for. I believe the one that attended me was Maribel? If so, girl you did an amazing job ! ♥️

I have been coming here over 15 years and have always had a wonderful experience. I made an appointment with Marivel (Letty was not available) and expressed over the phone that I needed a cut and hair dye. Great I’m there. Upon arrival to my appointment I tell her I want a Lob haircut and she tells me she doesn’t do those type of haircuts. Huh, dont you cut hair???? I’m thinking. It’s a simple Lob with layers. I told her she should tell the customer over the phone what haircuts she does and does not do, so the customer doesnt waste their time driving out for nothing. She then said Daisy could cut my hair and she would do the dye. I agreed and then she said it sounded like I wasnt comfortable with her dying my hair and I should let someone else do it. Daisy was willing to cut my hair, BTW , thank you Daisy, but in turn nobody to do the color. What horrible and unprofessional service I encountered today. Never have I ever experienced this at Susy’s. It’s always been top notch, not so much nowadays. So bottom line tell Marivel over the phone exactly what haircut it is you want because she doesnt cut all hair styles and you are supposed to know that about her. Yes, be a mind reader.

Wouldn’t even be giving one star at all. Crystal did a horrible job at bleaching my hair. Had me wait for my appointment and on top of that wasn’t prepared..the bleach was left on longer than I expected it to be and it fried my hair…never coming here. To top it off She cut my hair a lot after bleaching it to hide the damage ..I had long hair now it’s almost shoulder length. I’m so upset because it’s right near Christmas too.

Horrible customer service, asked how long it would be for a hair cut for my daughter (19yrs) lady said 20mins I said okay left my daughter went next door to get my manicure came back 1 hour later she’s still waiting, I sat down next to her and was waiting for someone to give some customer service. Then finally one lady that was doing Laundry on the caps looked at us Confused, then asked the other ladies what were we waiting for, they both said I don’t know. Then she walked over and said what are you here for…..REALLY….for a burger and fries….for a haircut…..I can’t…..so we left after letting her how we waited for 1hr & 37min….so said its because we were so busy…. ✌
