Honest reviews and recommendations are valuable tools for businesses to grow and improve. Unfortunately, I did not have good service here. Bethany (not Beth!) did my hair here a few times, the last time she left me under the dryer for almost an hour while my highlights baked. I had huge chunky highlights, that didn’t look natural, as I had requested. She then tells me my hair turned out exactly as SHE intended. She was rude, disrespectful of my time, even when I asked her several times about being in the dryer.
