Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been seeing Susan for a little over a year and initially I was going to see her every other week. The procedure is not very painful but she still gave a mini session to begin with to ensure that the client is willing to go forward as different people have different pain thresholds. I found it bearable and went forward. I was having a lot of in grown hairs on my chin and after going to her most of the prominent hairs that I was having are completely gone. Prior to CoVid I was only going every 4 months but after the shut down ended we resumed to 3 days a week until we are used to going again. Most of the hairs that have been removed have not come back at all. She basically works on new hairs during our sessions or she returns to the stubborn hairs.
