Was pleasantly surprised to find this gem right down the street from our new home. My gel manicure lasted 6 weeks without any chips, breaks or lifting close to the cuticle where your hair always gets stuck and pulls. Amanda, Mai and the whole team are very skilled, as evidenced by the work I’ve seen on other customers. They also take cards and Venmo, which is super convenient. Definitely recommend!

I surprised my daughters with a “spa day” before school starts and a birthday gift for myself. Booking via Facebook is a breeze. Not sure how the points work as I should have had some last time I visited but had none on file. My nails turned out amazing. It was my first time having dip done on them. They were super patient with my two kids and the kids are thrilled by their nails. I felt bad as there’s no way to leave a tip on the card so make sure you have cash on you for tip.

Amanda did my nails twice using the gel method and both times they came out poorly. Second time I had to go back to get nails fixed as the gel was peeling off the nails. The following day the gel peeled off again. I will never go back to this salon. Gel manicures

Quite possibly the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. I arrived with my granddaughter for our scheduled appointments at 10:30am. We were asked to have a seat in the pedi chairs. We sat with our feet in tepid water and waited for about 30 minutes before someone came to attend to us. The young man who did my pedicure did not even use a pedicure foot file, instead he used a callous remover block. I asked for a French. No basecoat, no topcoat were used. He spent approximately 23 minutes on my pedicure and I paid $40.00. Extremely disappointing. My granddaughter got a mani/pedi for her birthday and this afternoon, her fingernail polish is already coming off and the “sparkles” on the flower design on her big toe has also come off. And I spent $38.00 for her mani/pedi. This was my first and last time time at Susan Nails. I wanted to give them a try, but it’s back to Magic Nails for me! Don’t waste your money. With tip I spent almost $100.00 today for a service that was definitely second-rate.

Quite possibly the worst daycare I’ve ever had in my life. I will never go back. They did not even use a foot file. When he cut my toenails he actually cut the inside of one of my toes. I would have got up and left but for the fact I had my nine-year-old granddaughter with me getting her first mani pedi for her birthday. Never again. It’s back to Magic Nails for me!
