Susan does a good job, but she is not punctual!! I had a 9:00AM appointment and she did not get to the salon until 9:25. I waited in the cold! I’ve also had several appointments at 3:30 and been expected to wait 30-40 minutes because she started on another customer just before I got there. I have Always been on time. My time is very valuable, too! Do Not go here if you expect your time to be valued.

Great place! I called 30 minutes before close and she still invited me to come. Even with closing time approaching she took her time, was very polite, and delicate. Most others I’ve encountered in the area have been very rude, so I highly recommend Susan!! She does an excellent job!
