TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: Information on the door of the shop indicates that the shop opens at 9 a.m. The owner(s) did not arrive until 10:00 a.m. The younger one did not acknowledge/greet her three waiting customers, nor did she even apologize for keeping us waiting for 30 minutes. When the younger one spoke to me, she was both rude and inpatient. I will NEVER know how well they are able to execute their actual service because I will NEVER pay for a service where I’m not appreciated as a customer.

They are never open at 11 . It’s 11 25 Nd they still aren’t here …it’s like this every time I try to come here ! I like their nails but I will be taking my business somewhere else . This is ridiculous. It’s closer for me to walk to but right around the corner at WORLD NAIL AND SPA THEY DO A FANTASTIC JOB! Worth the price !

KIM IS THE BEST! Came in last minute. Called in… waited for maybe ten minutes. I informed Kim that I only had about 20 minutes and she did her thang! I will definitely return. Not only was she done fast like I told her to but my nails look great! Best $20 EVER spent on a GEL MANICURE!

I’ve always had a great job done the few times I’ve gone. But the last time i went, omg no! I had the worse expericence, they had someone who wasn’t a manicurist to do my nails. She had no idea what she was doing, burn my skin with the nail filer thankfully Susan stepped up n finished my nails. But I’m never going back there.

I went to get my nails done today and this is the second time I go with the new people the brother and sister I believe they are they do the worst service and the treat you bad I just told the guy making my nails that one of the nails was not looking right he got mad and started talking like they do in there language with each other and told me with a bad attitude I’m not done well he did the hole process of the nails mad he charge me $34 dólar for a size small when I had ask for a long size did them all ugly and Crooked I will never go back to this place Susan was very nice is sad she’s not there anymore this new people are very rude and work mad all the time do not recommend
