This place is THE go to for brows in Elmhurst! The attention to detail is beyond amazing. Susan and her staff create such a warm and friendly atmosphere and everyone compliments me on how perfect my brows look!! They are BUSY so book in advance but they are worth the wait everytime!!

Susan is the BEST in town!!! First time I went to Susan, I was extremely impressed with her work. She shaped my brows and then recommended I allow them to grow for a longer time so that she could give me a better shape. At the time I was recovering from chemotherapy so my hairs were barely growing back. This was back about a year ago. I have been there ever since. I Immediately went on her appointment app and scheduled appointments in advance so that I could keep my spot! Her studio is clean and chic! I love all of the updates she has made. She loves what she does and you can see it in the smiles of her clients as they’re walking out of the door. Susan has become much more than just “my brow lady.” I consider her an amazing human being. She really has a great heart and considers her clients valuable. I am thankful for Susan and the work that she does!

I went today for the first time and let me just say, obsessed. This place is adorable, beautiful and every girls dream! The atmosphere is upbeat and fun, and most importantly the girls there are extremely and beyond talented. I highly recommend Amber, she’s the sweetest and so so so talented. I got an eyebrow thread, henna and lip & I’ve never loved my eyebrows so much! If you’re tired of doing your eyebrows in your makeup routine, go see amber and thank me later lol! My makeup routine is shortened significantly because of this. Susan herself was also an absolute gem. So friendly and happy and kind! We talked about my fave things, shoes clothes and makeup lol! She was on her way out to leave and took time out of her busy schedule to thread my lip right before she left for the day! I was blessed by the hands of the boss lady herself!! Love her! I will be a regular customer for life!

If you go to Susan, she is the best at what she does! You’ll end up going to her and won’t let her go! Her new place is Very nice and always clean. You’ll love her. I’ve been going to her to get my eyebrows threaded for about 4 years now. And when ever I can’t get in to see her and I go to someone else I ALWAYS REGRET IT. If you go to Susan she’ll fix you up and give you tips on how to keep those eyebrows looking fabulous! 🙂

My cousin referred and booked me at this eyebrow place. I was so thankful to be taken such last minute, can i say once you come here you will always come back. Such friendly staff, great music playing, professional environment, and the list can go on. Susan (the owner) such a sweet and friendly lady, ive been going to her ever since the first time. She knows what to do with your brows ill tell you that. If anyone hasnt booked an appointment with her or her other amazing staff what are you waiting for?!

DO NOT GOT HERE !!!!! I went and got a brow lamination by Bambi and the next day they were still bright red and sore and it looked like I had been burned. Upon calling them they told me to email them with pictures which I did and then told me this doesn’t happen often and I must have sensitive skin and to put cortisone cream on it.I dont have sensitive skin and have been getting my eyebrows done since I was 15 I’m 23 now. I also work in a salon and spa and 2 of the aesthetician took a look at my eyebrows and not only told me she lifted my skin but confirmed that I had also been burned. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had and now they won’t even reply back to my emails which was not something I expected to happen considering their reputation as a salon.
