The best. Jovan is excellent. I had another stylist that had really chopped up my hair, and Jovan has me back on track! You’d be surprised what have a good haircut again can do for your self esteem. The salon is very nice, staff is helpful and nice.

I was recommended to see Tami. I live in Paris but often return to California and Tami always accommodates me for a color and cut. She is as good as many French hairdressers but much more reasonably priced. Always personable as well as accommodating since I often ask her rather last minute so if I have to wait then wait I shall as she is worth it.

Loved Jovan then….. things changed.. she claimed I altered my appointments etc…She mailed me the most unprofessional letter firing me as her client. I was speechless. Literally I thought the world of this young lady who was sweet and talented. I once had an appointment for color only. she recruited her colleague to help her with the color. this took well over 4 hours which I didnt budget for. I was late for work and my time was not valued. The color was horrible!!!!!!!!!! Not only did I loose that whole day then I had to go back so she could fix it.

I never actually gotten to the part where they did anything with my hair… but their staff is unfriendly, snobbish, and unwelcoming. One of the hairdressers, Julie, consulted me about the hair extensions I was thinking of getting. She looked at me down her nose probably thinking I could afford the treatment judging me by my jeans and old sweater ( what can I do, I am a busy mom with two kids and a million things to do. sometimes I simply don’t have the time to put anything decent on before I live the house.) I left the salon feeling like somebody dumped a bucket of dirt on my head.
