I just received my first 90 minute massage from Suruhana Massage and it was amazing. She asked probing questions before we started to assess my needs and expectations and then asked if I would be comfortable with the methods she was planning on using. Michaella is a phenomenal therapist, and her work is far above and beyond any massage therapist I’ve worked with in OKC. Her technique incorporates several disciplines quite effectively. I’ve had rolfing, myofascial release, and more typical deep tissue massage over the years. My problem areas are with my cervical and thoracic spine (stenosis and bulging discs), and lumbar too (herniated and bulging discs). I wanted to cry with relief after my first session – it has been too long since I haven’t had any pain in my upper back. I’m very grateful that I’ve found Suruhana Natural Healing.
