I went in the day before my vacation after doing all of my prep work for my tan and anyone who has done this knows that this takes time and if you are smart about it, it takes a few days to prep and get a good tan. The girl working that day was having trouble getting the system to work correctly. I got in the booth and instead of getting the usual pre-tan spray, it immediately shot the tanning spray out. I panicked and called for the girl at the front desk thinking that it wouldn’t develop properly. After a discussion, I encouraged her to call the owner and told her I have time to run home and wash this off and come back so that my hard work wouldn’t be wasted. The owner told her that I didn’t need the pre-tanning spray and encouraged me to let them run it again. My front was extremely dark by the end of this, and there was no mention of not charging me for the tan. I waited the allotted hours and jumped into the shower and my tan is completely gone. Flights at 9am in Atlanta so I guess I won’t get my tan after all. I’m very disappointed with the service I got today, and this isn’t the first time. I think the owners need to encourage their employees to always make it right when a client has a bad experience.
