New management is very rude- when I showed her a picture of what I wanted she got upset. Even though it was just French tips with a little glitter. She did such a messy job and glued most of my skin to my nail. If I asked her nicely to even out the white so it wouldn’t look weird, she laughed at me and called me picky. So I stopped. At the end, I had nail polish all over my fingers. Oh and guess what? She charged me $75. For French tips. When I asked her why she got really rude and demanded my money. I paid but will never go back there again.

I got my nails done by Amy(?) last weekend. This was my first time in the shop and I hadn’t gotten a full set of nails in about 6 years. She was patient to answer all of my questions. She took her time and was very attentive. I really, really loved that she didn’t push my cuticles back too far! My nails look beautiful, I see that they already posted a picture of them on here! I’ve received a million compliments on how natural they look. I love the crystals she added and am overall very pleased with my experience and with the quality. It’s only been a week but they still look and feel like they were done yesterday. I will definitely be back for my fills!
