I had an appointment a private nail tech and got stood up. I was passing by and stopped in. I needed my nails done today. They took me in right away. Offered me a pedicure also.. which was amazing! She did an awesome job! I also got a full set. And he did great as well.

First you have to be direct if you want something specific, alot of miscommunication, tell them what you want and they give suggestions of what you should do instead, I picked a pretty gel color polish that I really wanted and somehow ended up with French tip that I don’t like and the design is not best quality, if I knew this what I would get I coulda did some squiggles myself at home, shaping came out nice that’s all I like and still paid full price plus tip, then when I told him I wanted the polish I CHOSE he replied with “oh that’s 10$ more” well that is what I wanted that’s why I picked it out but then it wouldn’t look good on top of French tip, which then he would have to start over, which he didn’t want to do……bt the point is communication/listen to the customers wants…. I never asked for French tip, I picked a gel polish, I may go somewhere else to get it fixed but ashamed ill have to spend more money…sigh lesson learned

Dreadful. The absolute worst nail experience of my life. The nails she used were too wide. I immediately noticed and mentioned that they were too wide. She assured me there was a method to her madness. The acrylic was applied very thick and did not go all the way to the edge. I mentioned that also. Again, I would “see later.” She immediately started filing them square,… I wanted round. There are bubbles in every nail. The tips don’t cover my real nails. There are inconsistencies in the layering of the acrylic that cause visible white spots. The polish is sloppy. I mentioned all these things as they were occurring and she tells me, “I do my job. It’s the heat, it’s too hot. You pay now.” O.o O.o what a waste of my time and money! I can’t express how disappointed I am.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI got a full set the lady filed my nail so much it was so painful. When I expressed pain multiple times which I never do she told me this is my job I know what I’m doing. Clearly not lady I got a bad infection in my nail because she put unsanitary product on an open wound that she created on my nail bed from OVER FILING! there is no reason to file a person nail so much you hit skin. she got upset when I did not tip but I got upset when the polish never dried up all day the polish kept moving. I purposely waited to see how long it would take to set before I did my own polish (never did) I was able to scrape off the polish 6 hours later! The shape was bad as well. I also asked for long nails but she said they don’t last long and told me how long I could have them. So many red flags so much negative. READ THIS WHOLE REVIEW BEFORE GOING!! Great atmosphere, everyone is very nice and welcoming. I went in for a pedicure and they were able to fit me in right away and were willing to work with my limited time schedule. However, I expected the paint job to be much better than it was. I have been painting my own nails since I was about 7 or 8, so I’ve gotten VERY good at it and I KNOW the lady could have done a better job on my painted french tips. Also, she didn’t scrub my feet & razor them as well as I hoped she would. Honestly, for the price I paid to get this done, I would have either saved the money & done it at home or spent a little more to have it done to a better standard. I’m sad that I actually SKIPPED the leg massage because of my time constraints…maybe that would have made it a little more worth the money. I’ll be looking elsewhere for another place.

I was visiting a friend and we decided to get our nails done (me a fill and her a manicure). After reading the reviews we chose Supreme Nails. WHAT A GOOD CHOICE! We were waited on promptly and the service was excellent. Both technicians were very informative and proficient! LOVED my nails, as did my friend. They pay attention to the smallest detail and actively work to see that you are happy. We will be back!

Unfortunately, this was one of my worst experiences at a nail spa. First off, color selection was quite limited. Three different staff members assisted me between the pedicure and the gel manicure. Pedicure experience was fine, but I am very dissatisfied with my manicure. While working on my nails, tech would leave my nails in the UV light for extended periods of time. When I inquired, tech responded in a rude manner. At one point, he began texting while my nails were setting. It appeared the tech rushed through the job, as right after he was done, I found chips and clumps on a couple of my nails. The polish also appeared very dull rather than shiny. When I mentioned something to the tech, he appeared annoyed with me and rushed through fixing them, almost leaving them the same. When I again pointed out what I was referring to, he scolded me, telling me to not pick at my nails, which I had not done. He filed them down, rather than actually fixing them. He did apply the solution on the nails, which then made them appear glossy. I got my nails done two days ago and I already have chips on multiple nails. My friend also got her nails done that day and had a very similar experience. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I do not recommend.
