First time getting my hair done at this salon and my overall experience was good. I made an appt at 9:00am and I arrived around 9:15am and someone was available to start on my hair. At one point, I had 2 people in my hair. Fatima was pretty fast. I mentioned that I didn’t want my hair too tight and I didn’t want my edges to be pulled on. And Fatima and another lady was able to grant my request. I was done around 12:10 pm. I was in and out.

Service was excellent. I arrived at 9am after making my appointment last week . My hair was started immediately & the service was soo quick i was finished by 12:00pm. The pricing was also amazing . It was my first time trying something other than box braids & now I’m obsessed with butterfly’s locs & will be coming to get these again ❤️!

I was referred to this place TWICE. My friends both got their braids done and they looks amazing and lasted long. I got box braids before and they were horrible but I waited a week until they relaxed and they looked better. They always make ur braids so stiff that it’s better to wait a couple days to actually see if you like them and not everybody got a couple of days to be waiting. Anyways, I just got my “medium” knotless done and I touched my hair and they were SMALL. Uhm I asked for medium and I just had medium knotless so i know the size they should be. Then she gonna try and charge me an extra $10 for the amount of my hair. And fyi I never had this lady before. They upped the price for braids too. Also I have highlights, the worst part. She didn’t even try to calm the fly always my colored hair is just sticking out the braids. AND I JUST GOT DONE. The braids shouldn’t look a week old when they are not even a hour old. I really tried to like this place but they just do not care. You either get lucky and turn out good or you walk out looking like a mess and wasted money. Make sure to get appointments with the ig girls bc trust me, it’s worth the money. I highly recommend boutique Boutique Room by Lisa!!

I am glad that Google has a platform for customer’s to review their overall experience. I was told about this salon and that it did ok hair so I decided to check out the reviews prior to scheduling any appt. I always do my research prior to visiting any kind of business. As I a reading some of these comments from the owner of this business. I am in disbelief that anyone that has been in business for as you wrote in your comment for 20 years would comment in such a matter as you have with some of these customers that has paid their hard earned money to you. Remember, if it wasn’t for these customers you wouldn’t have no business. The first thing you should be writing is an apology for the bad experience they had at your salon.

I have relatives that frequent this place so I decided to go. Before coming I told the owner I would wash my own hair to which she told me they wash hair there. I went and the person who washed my hair did so in manner that cause my hair to tangle badly. I was handed the comb to detangle my hair only to be told I was taking too long. The owner came and started ripping through my hair. I got up paid for the wash and left. If you are not going to properly perform a service, don’t offer it. Plain and simple.
