Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. The guy was on the phone when we walked in so we had to wait for him to get off a PERSONAL phone call. We made an appointment weeks ago and told them we had a Groupon but when we got there they basically called us a liar and said we didn’t tell them we had a Groupon when we made an appointment and they would not accept it because of Mother’s Day. This place is not professional whatsoever.

If you want an hour massage you get an hour. Same for 90 minutes. Very professional and very willing to correct what bothers you. Great store. The store in remodeled and very clean. I bring my mother here and she loves the ladies and the work they do.

Where do I begin. I booked online expecting to be serviced by one of the persons provided online for the worker to tell me those are just pictures(false advertisement). I go to the room take off top layer of clothes, lay down and music is God awful for a massage. During the massage my masseuse answered three phone calls and two customers at the door. The massage was the WORST I’ve ever had the only happy ending I wanted was for it to simply end. I even asked if the pressure could be lessened as it was too intense. I felt like my kids played on my back for 90 mins. The hot stones were far too hot and I can handle heat. I go to pay $70 for service and because it was so awful I didn’t leave a tip(try not to make a habit of this but this time was an exception yes that bad). He shows me a sign saying “customers please leave tips” I said okay and continued to the door he then brings the receipt and says tip to me AT THE DOOR as I’m trying to leave I simply say “no, thank you” and exit.

It seemed like no one there spoke English or they didn’t care to listen when I said the guy working on me wasn’t massaging he was lightly touching. It was weird. It was like they grabbed a random guy to massage people. So sad because the first time I went a different guy was great but this time it was like he didn’t know how to massage.

Was not my first visit, but on Father’s Day I walked in and they were able to accommodate me without an appointment. I had a 90 minute massage with Sunny and it was amazing. She worked very hard on me the entire 90 minutes. I felt 100% better after the massage. I will certainly be back again.
