Positive: Quality, ValueRonnie is very detailed and skilled at her craft. I used to drive all the way to the valley for my haircut because i wasn’t satisfied with any of the shops i tried out here but I got tired of the drive and decided to give this shop a try and i did not regret that decision . Super clean haircut , super precise , . Every barber there seemed to do a very good job I didn’t see a single bad haircut walk out of there and the vibe of the shops was very nice , but i will be sticking to Ronnie from now on. Ronnie is very detailed and skilled at her craft. I used to drive all the way to the valley for my haircut because i wasn’t satisfied with any of the shops i tried out here but I got tired of the drive and decided to give this shop a try and i did not regret that decision . Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI am new to the Santa Clarita area and I’m very particular about my hair and how it’s cut. I’m always nervous going to a New Barber, this place is probably the coolest barbershop I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to shops from New York to Los Angeles. Super chill atmosphere great people, RonB cut my hair and it’s was some absolutely awesome. I definitely found my shop. I am new to the Santa Clarita area and I’m very particular about my hair and how it’s cut. I’m always nervous going to a New Barber, this place is probably the coolest barbershop I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to shops from New York to Los Angeles. Critical: ProfessionalismHonestly, this the business that don’t give a dam to lose clients. You don’t shame your clients, you don’t argue with clients specially when they are running late. Something that I learned in business is that, if you do an extra mile for them, they’ll do an extra mile for you. I am one of those clients that tip the barber very well and far and beyond if they do an excellent job. Your business, your reputation and your bread depends heavily on the customer. I don’t know if this practice have become part of the California culture because it is almost the same thing everywhere. Honestly, this the business that don’t give a dam to lose clients. You don’t shame your clients, you don’t argue with clients specially when they are running late. Something that I learned in business is that, if you do an extra mile for them, they’ll do an extra mile for you.
