It was the most uncomfortable lash experience of my life. Neck pillow hurt and to lay on it for two hours, the girl did not care. When I told the receptionist, she said oh we have alternate bed options, which is something that the lash girl did not offer at all when I mentioned it hurts. Usually I would fall asleep during lash services but the two receptionist girls did not know how to stop talking the entire two hours. It was so ridiculous and disappointing as I expected better from a store in Closter Plaza. I’d never come back. The moment the girl just sat me down and got started without asking me about lash size, I already knew it’d not be a legit experience.

Angie is an amazing waxer , very professional , clean and kind. Her work definitely speaks for itself and i would not go to anyone else but her from now on. there were no complications and she was nice enough to make sure everything was okay during and after the service. Best place for lashes! The products they use are Amazing and the girls there are talented. Sophia at the desk was so accommodating and helped work around my busy schedule. When I arrived I was a little late and thought I missed my appointment but i was invited to take a seat and offered a drink while Sophia worked that out as well, after just a few minutes I was in! I’ve had my lashes for a week now and they still feel great! This place is my new spot for sure!

I had both my first time wax and lash experiences at Supreen. Each staff member made it a breeze. Sophia and Traci are always a welcoming face. I absolutely love both Brielle and Elizabeth for waxing and I’ve had my lashes done by all the girls – Katie, Sarah and Lisara. Each have their own strengths and I love going to any one of them. The environment is great. Well lit, great music and AMAZING SMELL. Their instagrammable aesthetics are a plus, too! They provide a comfortable experience from offering water, starbursts and mints, to a cozy blanket. The best thing is their PROMOS. Super affordable deals for the greatest services in the area.
