Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy mom and I have been going to this place for years (mainly because it’s convenient for us as it’s right down the street from our house) and as time has been passing, they’ve just been getting WORSE. the acrylics don’t even last two weeks before they start lifting, the guys paint job is horrible he globs it on and doesn’t care to file it or anything, im sure my 10 year old niece can do a better job. BUT even then we were still going back because of how close we are. Yesterday, I scheduled an appointment for 5 pm. (i called at 9 am and scheduled it) the appointment was for my mother and i, so we show up and he tells us that he tried calling us (lies. neither of us had gotten any calls) and that he wouldn’t be able to take us, that people came and he had to take them first. He then asked if we can come back ANOTHER DAY! it’s very unprofessional. there was no purpose of even making an appointment at that point. this guy doesn’t know how to run a business properly and that’s probably why his place is failing even more by the day. My mom and I have been going to this place for years (mainly because it’s convenient for us as it’s right down the street from our house) and as time has been passing, they’ve just been getting WORSE. the acrylics don’t even last two weeks before they start lifting, the guys paint job is horrible he globs it on and doesn’t care to file it or anything, im sure my 10 year old niece can do a better job. I got the thickest, bulkiest, crooked nails! I have to go get them redone. I gone with my gut and walked out when i walked in on a Saturday afternoon and there were no customers!Service: Acrylic nails

Positive: QualityI have been going to this place for a while now. I won’t do my eyebrows anywhere else. I love how they do nails. I have done manicures, pedicures and acrylics.
