When trying to lift my leg, I had to really think about moving it and my range of motion was horrible. My leg would shake, I struggled to even lift it about an inch when laying down!! Some years ago I went to physical therapy for a related situation three times a week for a month and after that month I was back in business. BUT LET ME TELL YOU! After ONE session with Salik in trying to get my range of motion back, I was able to lift my leg all the way up as if nothing happened (and it did not take a month!!). Even though I go to him every few weeks for a phenomenal massage, this particular time we focused on my leg. He made sure to tell me what was going on, what I should/could do to make it stronger, as well as took the time to find out what exactly was wrong. I love how caring he is in making sure that you are ok once you are done. I can’t say thank you enough for all that you have done!!!! Ever since I started going to Superior Therapeutic Solutions, I’ve had a very satisfying experience. Salik, the massage therapist is very professional and knowledgeable on stretching techniques and gives you great advice on how to take care of your body on your own so that you can avoid injury/pain.
