Not great, cold water, waited with my feet in the water for 25 minutes for a 10 minute pedi. Painted on my skin around every nail, missed the edges on several, top coat doesn’t cover all the color. First time there, probably won’t be back.

I absolutely love this place! My sister started going here and always raved about it. I eventually caught on and I wish I had listened to her sooner! Flower is the shops owner she is adorable, so very kind, gentle! She actually listens when I don’t like something I think it’s “off”, instead of arguing with me or trying to explain that my finger is crooked she just changes it as I wish. Best and cheapest Gel Manicure hands down! (Literally she makes me put my hands down and soaks them, and massages, and I get a nice scrub treatment) =) There are at least 50 Gel colors to choose from and she also has the printed tips, which I have not gotten since I prefer a shorter nail but my sister has and she liked them. She always finds a time to fit me in, I usually make appointments and it’s never a problem. They are awesome with pedicures. If they are busy she will stick me in a chair and I actually get to relax, once in a while a walk will appear and I’ve actually opted to let her take them so I can stay in the massage chair. I’ve been to a bunch of other places, I used to be a regular at the McKinley mall but they changed people and everyone I got to like always left. I have been out on the BLVD by slick willies and while they are nice they are not quite as attention to detail as I like, probably because it’s to dim inside. All in all Superior Nails is my favorite place!

A quick what do you need where I had to ask for price sheets and an attempt on an upsell was the second red flag. The third was the placement of an earbud the second the upsell didn’t work. Fourth was using the drem tool to get my existing polish off and getting my skin instead. I pulled my foot away and there wasn’t even a sorry. You could see the red rash on my skin. Fifth I say I just want a shaping manicure and she barely touched my cuticles or cut them back. As I watched this place, I think they have some regulars they may take better care of, but with all the nail salons in our area, I would definitely choose a different one for the amount it costs.Went in for a pedicure. In 2017 when I started this original review was so true. I was a regular but the ownership changed and so did quality and service. The owner is a nasty person and the tension in the shop was apparent. Plus when everyone starts talking in their native language it’s obvious they are talking about the owner and customers. I found a better place that is clean, friendly, and the gel manicure actually lasts more than a few days. I will not return.

After having been in for several pedicures, this last visit was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any nail salon. After receiving a sub-par $35 pedicure today my tech set a timer and had me wait for my nail polish to dry. After 10 minutes, the timer went off but my nails were still wet. The tech came over and told my friend and I that we could leave with their thin foam flip flops on. When we hesitated she said “Go now!” It was in the 40s and raining! We were kicked out and had to walk through a wet parking lot. I get home and 4 of my nails are smudged, edges are super sharp and there’s also polish all over my toes. I was already on the fence about this place since they are ridiculously pushy when it comes to more expensive options and additional services. My friend and I will never go back.

I’ve been here once before and had the best gel manicure i have ever had. So today I returned and as I got home I realized 3 of my toe nails were not even painted. Not something I make sure to check before leaving a nail salon. I paid extra money for a special pedicure which I had 3 lotions rubbed on me with no actual pressure or massage and left with only 7 of 10 painted tone nails. Not something I would consider a good job. I will not be returning after today which disappoints me.
