Both my neighbor and I have been coming to this mail salon for over five months and have yet to be disappointed. The salon is always clean and the staff is friendly. All the ladies know what they’re doing when it comes to nails. My neighbor adores Mulan as her technician, as I adore mine, Angel, who is also the owner. They are extremely adaptable. Whether you show them a picture of give them little guidance out nails always coming out looking fabulous. We come every three weeks religiously and they are always packed but will try their best to accommodate you if you don’t have an appointment. They also have another store close by in case they can’t take you at one salon, they’ll send you to the other where you can be serviced. Angel really does her best to work with you. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new home mail salon.

I decided to try this salon today (Sunday) as my usual salon is closed. I also was having an issue where my 2 week old uv gel manicure and gel polish was literally popping off of my natural nails. I arrived at 3:30pm as a walk-in. The owner Angel greeted me right away and I was taken care of by 4pm. The salon is nicely decorated and very clean. They are also following Covid protocols with masks, plexiglass and sanitizing so I felt comfortable. I can say that I love my mani and pedi. The uv gel on my hands is natural looking and is well applied. My pedicure also looks amazing and my feet are super soft. The staff is professional, pleasant and skilled. I will be coming back. I do recommend making an appointment because I think I was lucky today and was able to be seen for both a mani- pedi. They take their time (which is great) and follow an appointment system so walk ins are welcome but you will have to wait. I’m also sure the wait is probably much longer evenings during the week or on Saturdays.

So it was my first time going here for a manicure and pedicure. Overall it was a good experience. Everybody seems nice. The place is clean. The only thing I hate is that they don’t wear gloves when doing pedicures. I think that’s unsanitary. Especially touching everybody’s feet. How can they not wear gloves for that. If you want your gel mani looking nice and lasting a 3-4 weeks, see Maria of Superior Nail and Spa II. She’s the best! I’ve been her client for a few years now and I am satisfied. Maria is also very good at waxing and massages as well.

The staff and manicurists are nice. The manicure and pedi was okay. The most disappointing aspect of this business is the poor hygiene of the instruments used. Both of the manicurists did not disinfect the metal clippers, cuticle cutter, buffers between clients. This is truly disgusting considering that when cuticles are removed, clients may or may not bleed and thus expose clients to blood borne pathogens such as hep C or even AIDs. Barbicide Disinfectant (blue liquid) is required at these establishments and the fact that it’s not even present at work stations is disgusting and surprising. Cannot imagine I will be returning to this establishment.

I asked for square shape, I didn’t have that. I asked for gel I didn’t have that . I am the type of person who needs a manicure because I have a lot dead skin , I didn’t have that. I asked for some Color they end up putting something different . When you go and request for gel it takes time. I was ready in less than 10 minutes.

Rude and doesn’t appreciate customers. Did a horrible job on something I paid for and their response was “oh” as if they did it for free. If you’re busy you still have the responsibility to give satisfactory service to your customers. I am PAYING for a service, not getting a favor. You lack basic customer service skills!
