I had an appointment scheduled that was cancelled due to weather. I called and left a message to reschedule twice. No return call. I called again and was able to get someone to answer the phone. I rescheduled the apooiappoinfor two days later. When I arrived, the business was closed, nobody answered the door or the phone. I left a message again still never received a return call. I called a few days later and the same lady who made the appointment stated I got my dates wrong and hung up on me. She refused to pick up and let it go to voicemail when I called back immediately. The most unprofessional business. Do not waste your time.

My scheduled appointment was cancelled due to masseuse car being broken down..Masseuse didn’t know about my appointment anyway not did the owner whom made the appointment…..They haven’t updated their new address so I went to the wrong address. After all the apologies from the owner she was going to accommodate me for next Saturday with the girl she uses and give me an extra 30 min. massage. I called back the next week she couldn’t accommodate me at all for this coming Saturday because I called too late in the week. I needed a minute to think about a day to reschedule the owner hung up on me when I asked for a minute to think about it… and I called back to see if I could schedule a Friday appointment and went straight to voice mail twice. Now she is ignoring my phone calls. I was a little flabbergasted because of the limited hours but the owner didn’t have to be rude and ignore my phone calls This was supposed to be a birthday present. I don’t recommend this place.

Do NOT buy the Groupon! The location address is different than the one on the Groupon. So, after calling the Groupon location, I had to call the other location to schedule an appointment. They have very limited appointment times and then when I did schedule an appointment, they called me an hour before my appointment, cancelling it, stating they were sending all their technicians home due to a tornado watch. When I checked the weather, there were “NO WARNINGS OR ADVISORIES IN EFFECT” for the entire Hampton Roads area. Too much trouble to deal with!! Cancelled my Groupon and got a refund!! Not worth the deal!!

I came to Superior nails and lashes for a Pedicure. I must say it was the Best in a very Relaxing environment. I got the SPA PEDICURE WITH THE HOT TOWEL WRAP AND FOOT MASK. I love to support Black owned Businesses. You need to come check her out. Thanks Lashaunda your the best.

I had a good experience visiting there for the first time with my Groupon. Lashaunda is very good and the pedicure that I received felt very good. The only bad thing about it is that it is a little too far for me and I don’t have a car. If I had a car, I would definitely visit here more.

Bought a groupon months ago. Every time I called I couldn’t get an answer. I finally get a answer on Monday and set up an appt as my groupon expires in a few days ago. I drive 45 mins and the business has a notice from the sheriff office and looks abandoned. I called the number several times and of course I get no answer. Ridiculous and unprofessional!

They give All Natural mani/pedis for an amazing price! Anonda was so fun to be around, and she is really talented. You can pick from some Young Living oils for your Epsom salt soak, sugar scrub (which was so relaxing), and body butter (which Anonda makes herself!) I chose lavender for the body butter and sugar scrub and stress away for my Epsom salts. She was so knowledgable about what she was using and I left feeling non toxic, relaxed, and smooth! You have to try!!!!
