My kid wanted a mullet and the first time for the initial mullet cut my kid loved it, we went back for a touch up a couple weeks later and the guy cutting his hair was so distracted by his phone call while he was cutting my kids hair that he butchered his hair. Sooo unprofessional and my kid was devastated by that haircut that we will never go back!!

The black barber Q made sure to really groom my dad… other places add charges if you askem to get your nose and ear hairs.. Q didn’t charge for nothing but the haircut and he even got my dad’s prickly eyebrow hair and all the neck hair other shops don’t. Plus… gave my dad the discount for seniors. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityCalled the day before to set up a time at 10:00 am, and store hours open at 9:00 am. Came 15 min before schedule time and no one home. Between 10:00 am to 10:16 I called a few times which went to voicemail. I gave up after that.I should have known they were unable to keep a schedule due last time I got a haircut.
