Made an appointment the day before. Got there 5 minutes earlier, the stylist was with someone so I said ok and sat down. 20 minutes later and 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment I left. How are you gonna require people to make an appointment only to help someone else. I sat time aside for my appointment before work and wasted my day! I assume the person she was helping is a personal friend. Goes to show that they dont care about their customers!
