GO SEE KIMBERLY! I have not had her cut my hair yet, but she has cut my boys hair. I don’t normally go to chain salons but I’ve made an exception for this Super Cuts location! Kim knows what she is doing and she has been doing it for years! She works well with kids too! I’ll be making an appointment soon to get my hair cut as well and will update this review then! (She knows how to do a mean Mohawk too, ask my son!)

Went to get my hair cut by Dennis (my kids and husband go to him) and a lady named Kimberly grabbed me and said she was ready to cut my hair. I’m like ok sure.. once my hair dried I can see that my layers are uneven and shorter on one side than the other. My hair looks ridiculous and hard to style it and it look decent and will now have to keep it up untilit grows out enoughto get it fixed. Very unhappy and I wont be back to this place again.

We took our son here yesterday to get his haircut. He’s been growing it out for 2 years and was super nervous. We had such an amazing experience with Alexis. Our son is shy and she was so sweet and patient with him. She explained everything thoroughly and involved him in the process too which I LOVED. I hate when you get your haircut and the hairdresser just does what THEY want. 10/10 recommend her and this shop and we will definitely be back because she is wonderful with any client of any age!

This morning I took my nine-year-old daughter for a haircut at Supercuts. We were the first appointment of the day, so there was no wait at all. The place was clean and the only stylist there (an older gentleman), was pleasant and offered my kids a lollipop. When it came time for the haircut however, I was a little taken aback. The stylist started brushing my daughter’s long, curly hair completely dry (which you are never supposed to do), and he was honestly a little rough. He did not detangle my daughter’s hair from the bottom and work his way up, he just started from the top and forcefully yanked all of the knots out! My daughter was a trooper and did not complain, but I was close to jumping in and asking him to please spray some detangling spray and/or water on her hair before he continued. It was painful to watch. After he finished brushing my daughter’s hair, he misted it with water, then proceeded to cut it while it was poofy and barely wet. I have never in my life seen anyone cut curly hair this way before. In addition, instead of asking my daughter to please raise her head or turn to the left, he just grabbed her head and pushed it in that direction. It was pretty unprofessional, especially when dealing with a young child. To be completely honest, the haircut itself isn’t horrible. He did what I asked, which was cut a few inches off and add some simple layers. I have nothing against this man personally, he is probably very nice in his personal life, but he definitely doesn’t seem to know how to deal with curly hair. I will not be bringing my daughter back here again.
