My fiancé went in for a haircut and beard trim. They were rushing the whole time, his hair cut was a total of 3 minutes. They couldn’t even bother to brush off any hair and he was covered in it. he was told the couldn’t do his beard because they were “done for the night” but were open for another hour with no one in the waiting area. don’t waste your time.

Made my autistic 2 year old leave because he was wiggly & having a hard time sitting still. I tried to explain that he just needed a minute to calm down & wanted to try again but they forced us to leave. Thank god they didn’t charge us for the horrible uneven buzz they did on half his head. Your manager needs sensitivity training and inclusion training. My son has had several haircuts from Great Clips without incident. Learn some patience.

Website said no wait but when I got there had to wait 10min. Not bad really for a hair cut. Only two people doing hair. My hair cut came out great and my hairdresser was talkative and friendly.

She was nice, friendly and most of all extremely professional. She asked me through out the hair cut if I liked it so far. The overall cut is probably the best hair cut I have ever had. Not to mention she had a lot to deal with when cutting my hair. I had taken the scissors to my hair multiple times through quarantine. I also straighten my hair daily so it was in very bad shape. Denise is amazing! Absolutely a Supercuts Superstar! I love her! She is personable and happy and patient also. Her customer before her was a curmudgeon about wearing a mask… as if it was her decision. Channel your fruatration somewhere else sir. She didn’t make the rules. She was pleasant, reapectful and gracious to him despite his grumpy demeanor.
