It shatters my heart to be giving one star, but the quality of this place’s service has gone down tremendously. I have been coming here for the last 11 years, but recently I have had not one, but two baffling experiences. The customer service is horrible, not to mention they are understaffed. Ever since the previous manager left, the communication skills here have been absolutely abhorrent. West Roxbury supercuts needs to update its management!!

Latasha is excellent!!!! I lucked into a same day appointment and I was in and out in 15 minutes. She rebuzzed my undercut perfectly and gave me a great trim. I love the way my hair looks and it was a very pleasant and easy experience. Covid safety felt great- I was the only customer at the time and she propped the door open. It’s also an amazing deal, def don’t forget to tip heavily, these folks are working with customers in a pandemic. I’ll definitely be back!!!

This place is horrible!!! I’ve gone multiple times (optimistic every time) to get a SPECIFIC hairstyle. I describe it in great detail explaining it multiple times, yet it seems that what I say goes over their heads. They can never get the hair style I want correctly. I say I want to clean up my neck and VERY SLIGHT trim on my ends but they always cut way too much, they dont seem to have any control of how much to cut. I always leave unsatisfied and loosing all the progress I’ve done on my hair journey. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!! Don’t waste your money on these people.

Not great at listening to what you want done. Went in for a trim and cleaning up the edges, ended up with multiple inches off. It looks good but nowhere near what I went in for. Not the first time this has happened in this location, with multiple different employees. Probably my last time here Haircut

I have gone to many supercuts and have never had as incredibly bad of experience as i have had at this location. I am ashamed to say that i even gave it a second chance after the crooked haircut. This time i made appt on the app. Walked halfway in and the girl starts asking if i have an appointment. She looks me up and down like i have a disease she could catch then she very rudely says no u dont.. Im not even to the counter yet! So i have been treatedlike trash and had a bad haircut for 6 months from this location i would never recommend this location to anyone ever! And i believe i will avoid supercuts in general moving forward

Supercuts is way too expensive!!! They should have discounts for kids and adults who are disabled They don’t have a lot of money. I thought supersets was a discount salon. But, boy was I wrong! it’s not. Their hair cuts or buzz and wash are listed at different prices at ala cart. A simple buzz and a wash. Cost $27.00 for a disabled individual.

I rarely write reviews, but I have never had a worse experience with a hairstylist. Her name, Marianna, which she refused to give to me was more concerned about her clippers than cutting my hair. She was in a rush and was very rude when I asked her to please clean the edges of my hair.

Never EVER again will I return to this Supercuts. I made 2 appointments for myself and my daughter because we are going to a wedding in the morning. I told them I wanted both of our hairs wash cut and blow dryer. When we arrived at our 6:30 appointments there were 3 girls working and one other customer in the chair who was almost done there wasn’t another soul in the place. We were greeted by a very pleasant young girl with long red hair who said they could take us both right now. I used the ladies’ room and when I came out there was a very unfriendly woman standing at the desk didn’t catch her name she was wearing glasses with dark hair and glasses and she told me she didn’t have time to do my hair because she had 4 other customers lined up to come in. Now my daughter was already at the sink getting her hair washed otherwise I would have left but I didn’t want to upset her or the nice girl who was doing her hair. Now it is 7:00pm and no other customers have yet to show up my hair could have been half way done at this point. Unfortunately for her I am a waitress who works 7 days a week and works for tips so I am a very good tipper. Very disappointed with the customer set and the way this was handled. I will NEVER come back here again. My family has been in West Roxbury for over 40 years and word of mouth travels fast. I will make sure to let all of my family and friends in the area to go elsewhere from now on. Absolute disgrace!!!
