I went in for a haircut. Before I went in my hair went a bit more than the bottom of my nose. This is what I told them. “Take one inch off the top and leave the rest”. She then proceeded to cut my hair and after the cut I had my hair not even go to the bottom of my forehead. The amount of hair she cut is 2 1/2 inches. If you ever see a woman there with multi-colored hair, run the other way

I told the young lady to layer my hair and cut 1/2 an inch off. Did not layer anything and barely cut it at all. No one was waiting so I don’t know why she wouldn’t have taken the time to cut it properly….. won’t be going back again…. Long haircut

Had an apointment at 12:15 the guy finished the guy he was with at 12:20 then proceded to do paper work until 12:50 then he finally started the haircut He chopped off way to much hair after telling him to “take barely anything off” and its isnt even blended right. Go to a really barber. Haircut

For 20 years I went to the same barber back home, but now that I don’t live there I had to find an alternative and was very skeptical about trying out a franchise. I’ve now been going here once a month since August and everyone there has far exceeded my expectations. Every time I go in I just point at the poster of the dude on the wall and that’s all they need. I’ve had various stylists and have had great haircuts and conversations with all. Best part is that they’re incredibly fast. It’s nice to go after work and not worry about getting home too late!

I’ve been going to this location for over 3 years and every time I go I’m happy and satisfied with my hair cut, last week I went got a hair cut and it was a disaster the lady had no idea what she was doing !!!!!! 1st time i see her . I will never go back again — if you want to hire new employees don’t let them Train/practice on clients hair.

I see Fariba for highlights n color, etc. Shes great. I call ahead on the same day. Shes warm and friendly, listens to what i want, takes pride in her work. My kids n partner go too, never a bad experience with anyone except one who didnt understand my transgender kid wanting a boy’s style, but she figured it out. There is a rotating pool of hair stylists and if one looks grumpy just ask for someone else! You have to really pay attention with some employees and if you want the style to looking right, use your words and bring pictures. Its supercuts not a salon. But Fariba always sets me up well. So my soap box…Sometimes there is a wait…these folks are often hustling to feed their kids, pay rent (not a motgage) and putting themselves thru school on their tips! They have to take people in line, or they have nothing to do and walk out at the end of the day with minimum wage, if that, and dont get called back. I never waited more than 20 minutes. Give it some thought.

I’ve never had a more rude encounter in my life. The woman on the phone told me an incorrect price for a service, understandable error if happens. What made the encounter unbelievably rude was one of the girls muttering under her breathe and the other one telling me “since money is a problem, you should go to a beauty school next time” FYI, NEVER OKAY to say to your customers. And they did a crappy job as well. Save your time and money and go anywhere else

It’s Supercuts , they offer discounts for seniors. Call ahead service is very handy , you can get your haircut quickly with a minimum wait. Hot towel treatment at the end of your haircut is refreshing.

I called ahead at 510, they told me to come in at 545. Waited for 30 minutes after one stylist told me she would be right with me. While waiting heard one of the workers say ” can you help me clean up so I can leave”.

Went in to get my son’s hair cut. There were 6 women working and 4 of them were free. They were just walking in and out of the back office but none of them checked us in. Seems like everyone was trying to avoid work here. I would call it a lame duck lazy Supercuts. Avoid and go to Great Clips.
