I wanted a slight A-line cut. The woman who said she was a regional manager took about 10 minutes cutting my hair which i thought was pretty quick but it looked ok from the front. She did not show me the back. I get home and style it. As you can see in the pictures one side is what i wanted. Still trying to figure out how the other side was acceptable to send a customer out the door with. I know hiring is rough now days but if this is how the “regional manager” cuts hair i will not ever be returning.

The stylist went above and beyond to ensure my toddler was comfortable and calm. She spent the duration of the haircut on her knees in order to correctly cut my girl’s lengthy hair. She was especially nice and made us feel like we were the only customers in there that day. We were here last appointments and she even stayed beyond closing time to ensure I got the attention I deserved.

Miss H wanted a few different things and she advised one style over another because one could have been harder to grow out/change. She was really good with Miss H; she treated her as the customer rather than just some kid- any parent knows what that means, and that goes along way. The blue is a really pretty color and goes from light to dark. It is hard to see it fully in the pics. We walked in on a whim, we were greeted right away and the area was clean. Kiah was kind, honest and answered all of our questions. Miss H wanted a few different things and she advised one style over another because one could have been harder to grow out/change. I had a mens cut. I was open to having something fun, new, fresh and funky. The cut is good, however, it’s super short, and I don’t see fun or funky with it. I’m not mad about it. It still looks good. It’s clean and well done. Just doesn’t really look fun or funky at all. Staff was friendly and nice, easy to have a conversation with while getting a cut.

Not sure the point of checking in online before arrival to be asked to wait half an hour upon arrival. Seems like walk-ins get priority ahead of appointments. I waited as long as I could on my lunch break before having to leave without my haircut and so am particularly displeased with the wasted lunch break and time.
