I normally take my boys to an all childrens hair place but since our house fire this Supercuts was the closest place to my in laws house so I decided to try it out. Our first visit was an hour before they closed (my kids had picture day at school the next day that I totally forgot about) they were very understanding and took both my boys without an appointment. Been back twice so far and left with no crying kids.

I commented that I had a recent hospital stay that included a negative ( as in I don’t have covid) test and was informed that I would have to provide a copy of the test results to enter and I was asked to leave and go back out into the freezing weather. I have had three haircuts at this Super Cuts. The first two were fine. When I went back for my third visit, the girl who usually cut my hair was not there anymore. I have had problems with thinning hair and things were improving and it took me a year to grow my hair back in, growing the layers out. Well within five minutes, the girl who cut my hair absolutely butchered my hair, cutting it to layers of 1/2″ on most of my head. The sides were even shorter than that and cut out way above the ear. I looked like a man. My husbands hair is longer than mine now. I was devistated. When I realized she was layering, I said to her, Your not layering my hair are you??? She said Oh, I am just blending it in. I got out of the chair and almost cried. I said, You cut out all my growth. She said, I just did what you asked for. NOT TRUE. Please be careful when you go if Jenny is cutting your hair. AND, don’t expect to get anywhere by contacting the company. No one will call you back, cause they just don’t care.
