In fact I gave myself a more professional-looking cut during lock down! Nice people but not worth cost of admission, even at this low price.

I have been here couple of times. Bad attitude always. Once the staff there did nothing to make my kid comfortable during a haircut. The tall male hair stylist seems arrogant and probably ignorant. The rest were just rude. They need to hire a diverse workforce to improve the atmosphere of this place.

Everytime I make an appointment either online or over the phone I have to wait an additional 30 minutes inside. Even after checking in others check in and are taken before me whose appointments they stated were after mine. I’m not sure what the issue is either with their system or they forget who is next. That are convenient, the staff is usually nice, and I hope they work this technical issue out soon.
