Critical: QualityAfter receiving one of my worst haircuts ever today I had to go to another place close by so they could fix the mess that was left on my head. Nothing better then paying twice for a haircut. It’s my fault I didn’t tell her I didn’t like it but I could tell she didn’t know what she was doing or how to fix it. After receiving one of my worst haircuts ever today I had to go to another place close by so they could fix the mess that was left on my head. Nothing better then paying twice for a haircut. I had never been to this location before, but my boyfriend and son attend regularly (different location)- typically and historically I’ve always gone to a friend of mine who I trust, but I had an itch. I scheduled with Kayana and told her what I was looking for and not only did she deliver- she killed it. She was super friendly and I am now going to request her in the future. She ensured that I liked my cut (which was 14 inches shorter!) and made me feel comfortable while throwing humor in as well. My experience with Supercuts was nothing less than superb. I’ll be back- but before my hair gets too long! Ask for Kayana!!!!! ♀️
