There was a new girl there that cut my hair the other day and didnt know how to frame the bangs to face so she had someone else cut them and apparently the whole thing was very uneven so she had to cut even more off. 3 days later, i go to straighten it and it still is Very uneven! Took my son here for a haircut and the lady that cut his hair was training and made him super nervous as the other lady had to keep coming over to help her and with two strangers hovering around a 3 yr old it was to much. The cut looked ok but not as great as his usual place. Then at the end of the haircut I notice his ear is bleeding from where the trimmer cut him. It was a tiny cut but the principal here is you don’t put someone training to cut a child’s hair. I didn’t say anything except his ear is bleeding because my child was already nervous. I never leave reviews but I feel this is necessary to improve customer experience. unfortunately I will never be back after this.

Erin greeted me and informed me of about a 1-hour wait which I was fine with (it was Saturday morning, after all).As Erin was cutting my hair the lobby began to fill rapidly and they were obviously under-staffed. Even though Erin easily had 3+ hours worth of hair to cut sitting in the lobby she greeted everyone professionally and still took great care with my hair. Avy is the BEST hairstylist and barber. I just had my hair fixed by her after living a nightmare with a previous salon. She saved my hair and now I have an amazing hairstyle I can’t believe I got this lucky. I highly recommend her. She cut my son’s hair too and let’s just say I would never trust another barber. The other barbers don’t know how to cut his top hair. Avy blended the top and the fade so beautifully. She’s our new to go for haircuts. I don’t recommend many people but AVY is hands down the best with scissors And fades. Thank you so much. I will be back in 2 weeks for my son’s haircut.
