Incredibly friendly and wicked helpful when you don’t know what you want lol. I cut my hair and wanted a funky color but Ariel apologized saying Supercuts doesn’t carry different colors. Ariel talked to me about what could be done so I took her advice. My husband loves it, my friends love it and more importantly I LOVE IT!!!

Second terrible experience there, after the time when I got my hair mauled by one of the ladies who had no idea what she was doing, I stupidly called back to get a last minute updo. I wasn’t expecting much seeing as it was very last minute, they said they could do something so I drove there. Upon entering the building they said Nevermind we gave you the wrong information and you can’t get your hair done. I was desperate and asked if there was anyway at all I could do something. Even though they were already at fault for giving me false information they started getting extremely rude to me for no reason when instead they could have just sent me away with a sorry. Terrible, awful service. Disgusting people. if I could give zero stars I would you deserve nothing.

I usually have ROBIN cut my hair and she is an A+++. I went on Wendesday, 10/20 and only MARIA was available. DO NOT HAVE MARIA CUT YOUR HAIR!!! She didn’t listen to me when I told her what I wanted. She rushed through the haircut. When I asked her to correct it to what I wanted, she said “I have another customer.” I got her to “correct” it and I, a woman with curly hair, now look like a guy from the movie “Grease!” When I asked her to wash my my hair again to get the little cut hairs out (and I would pay extra like always), she flat out refused and walked away to the register. That part wouldn’t be such a big deal except that I have a very badly fractured ankle and have a lot of difficulty washing my hair at home right now.
