I’ve gotten three haircuts here, the second one was meh, a little to short, but that was my fault for forgetting what size clipper attachement I usually get. That was the least disappointing haircut I got here, everything else was utter garbage. The first one was terrible, the lady there used de-bulking shears, which she called “blending shears”. I have thick hair and using such a tool makes everything uneven and not even close to “blended”. The third and final time I went they screwed my haircut up so much that it’s been months since my appointment, and my hair is just as uneven as it was the day they did it. If I could rate zero stars I would. Im never going back here again.

I’m not sure the name of my stylist but I specifically asked her not to wet my hair because I wear it straight and it looks completely different from when its wet! She drenched my hair and when I got home to blowdry and straighten it my hair was ALL HACKED UP! The back was longer on the bottom and shorter on the top ny banged are all messed up now . One side is hacked up and 3 different lengths and all lengths are shorter than the other side of my bangs! I am livid !

I’ve asked for the same haircut each time (sides w/ clippers, scissored top, simple). However, last November, I got my hair cut here by a new employee. Something felt off, like the haircut didn’t take long enough, and I had to specifically ask for routine things like having my ears shaped. It wasn’t until I returned to my car that I realized that my bangs had simply been combed over and weren’t even cut! There was a long line I would have held up, so I fixed the bangs myself and moved on.I just returned yesterday for another cut, hoping it was a fluke. However, once again, I left dissatisfied. I’m not sure it was the same stylist, but I suspect it was. Various parts of the haircut were just left unfinished and my hair was much longer than it should have been. Great women who work here. They’re kid friendly and can cut a squirmy toddler’s hair quickly! They do a good job for the adults too. Definitely recommend getting your name on the list before showing up, otherwise you might wait 30+ minutes
